Empowered Technology collects certain personal data that identifies you individually, such as your name, email address, photo, display name, or other information that is specific to you. This personal information is collected, used, and shared as described below.
Data you give to us
- Account: You provide some personal information to us directly when you create an account with Empowered Technology, such as your name, email address, username and/or display name, and password. You may also provide your photo, location, address, and other information about yourself while using the Services.
- Third party account information: Empowered Technology collects relevant data that may be necessary for you to create an account with us. This data may be linked to a third party for authentication purposes.
- Your posts: The Services may allow you to upload or post content. This content must comply with Empowered Technology's Terms of Service and may be posted at your discretion. If you post content, it may be publicly available, viewable to others, and may appear in search results of third-party search engines. We recommend that you do not include any sensitive information in your posts.
- Your communications: You may also communicate with other users through the messaging feature on the Services. We may store and review these communications to improve the quality of the Services.
- Your prompts and inputs: Any prompts, inputs, or other data submitted to or through Empowered Technology's applications throughout the course of normal usage may be used for purposes of training and refinement of their underlying products.
Data we collect automatically
- When you access or use the Services, we receive and record certain information from your browser, which may include data such as your IP address, location, device ID, type of browser, web traffic origin, and the page or feature requested.
Payment information
- We do not collect or store electronic payment information that you provide to facilitate a payment. Your payment information is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, and such payment transactions are governed by the payment processor's privacy policy.

Empowered Technology uses information about you for various purposes, including to:
- Provide you with access to the Services, personalize the Services, and tailor the Services to your interests;

Personal information
We share your personal information only (1) to operate the Services or (2) with your explicit consent. As a part of our Services, we may be required to share your personal information with third parties in order to facilitate proper usage of the Services. Examples of such sharing include, but are not limited to, sharing information with generative AI partners to process your data or with payment processors to process payments.
Beyond these purposes, no personal information will be knowingly shared absent explicit consent from the user. The Services do not utilize personal information as necessary inputs in our artificial intelligence model(s). Personal information is only used to the extent necessary to provide the user with an account to access the Services.
De-identified Data
We may de-identify your personal information so that you are not identifiable as an individual. We reserve the right to use and share de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose. We may analyze de-identified data and provide the analytics to our partners, and we may also provide aggregate usage information to our partners.
Prompts
The Service's prompts do not require personal information to generate answers. We request that you do not share personally identifiable information in answers to prompts that the Service uses.
Security Disclaimer
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of user information at any time.
Modification or Deletion of Information
You may access, and, in some cases, edit or delete your name, password, and phone number through your account settings. The information you can view, update, and delete may change over time. You may request that we delete your account and your data from the Services. However, it may be impossible to delete your personal information completely due to backups and records of deletions. Further, if you request removal of your information, you will be unable to utilize the Services. You may not request the removal of de-identified, anonymous, or aggregate data from our databases.
Children under the age of 18
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The Services are not targeted to or intended for children under age 18, and children under age 18 may not use the Services. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information through the Services, register with the Services, make purchases through the Services, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Services, or provide any information about yourself to us.
